With over 28 years experience working across a diverse range of global business environments I'm often asked what motivates me to work in the industry. Putting it quite simply 'it's about connecting with others and helping them thrive'.
I passionately believe you cannot have great safety and health outcomes without people being at their best, engaged within their organisation and recognised for their contribution.
Your teams Psychological Safety and the way you manage Psychosocial Risks must be considered as non negotiable where today more than ever your people are facing rapid change and uncertainty.
A significant part of my experience has been to create a deep understanding of the impact that leadership has on organisational culture and the intrinsic link between safety and health performance.
As part of a Masters program I have studied enterprise risk and safety leadership where the interrelationship defines organisational norms.
